Job summary

Wynn Resorts is seeking a Valet Attendant to deliver courteous, professional service with urgency to every guest. You will greet guests, provide parking assistance, and ensure safe vehicle handling while upholding Forbes 5‑Star standards and Wynn service excellence.

Candidates should have at least two years of customer service experience, be 21+, and capable of working flexible shifts including openings and closings.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of two years customer service experience.
• Front Services experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate professionally in English; a foreign language is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain any required work cards/licensing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide parking assistance to arriving guests.
• Operate and park guests’ cars safely.
• Maintain Wynn service standards for guests and coworkers.
• Perform duties with a sense of urgency and guest focus.
• Report issues to the supervisor and uphold safety standards.
• Know resort features, outlets, hours, events, and services.
