Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper in Bend, Oregon to ensure clean, welcoming, five-star quality across resort offices, clubhouses, cabins and rentals.

You'll manage cleaning tasks, supply inventory and assist maintenance and other staff to support guest experiences. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, knowledge of cleaning products, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• One to three years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, clubhouse, public areas and models; mop, dust, vacuum, trash removal.
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Keep rentals and common areas clean and maintained to standard.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other staff as needed.
• Assist with cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner with patience and concern.
• Resolve guest-related problems and address conflicts with a positive attitude.
• May drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies.
• Collaborate with management to ensure open communication and coordinated resort operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
