FirstService Residential is seeking a Resident Relations Specialist for a full-time Swing Shift in San Francisco, CA. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Past resident services, customer service and/or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and clarifies residents' expressed and unexpressed needs, answers questions and directs appropriately.
• Answers the telephone within two rings with proper salutations and identifiers.
• Takes, records and relays messages accurately and legibly.
• Documents information in resident logbooks during shifts.
• Manages package distribution and logs in Buildinglink.
• Monitors property access points and reports suspicious activity to ensure resident safety.
• Follows company standards and procedures for service delivery.
• Accommodates resident requests within 24 hours and follows up on tasks.
• Attends required meetings and contributes to operations.
• Maintains emergency contact lists and participates in emergency response.
• Informs vendors of building rules and regulations.
• Assists with move-in questions and redirects to appropriate departments.
• Ensures visitors and parking arrangements comply with policies.
• Keeps vendor information updated for resident requests.
• Keeps abreast of HOA notices to answer resident inquiries.
• Records timekeeping and payroll entries as per policy.
• Completes daily tasks and projects assigned by supervisor.
