Muffetta Household Staffing Agency, Inc. is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for a luxury private residence in Greenwich, CT. This full-time, live-out role requires weekend work, with a Friday–Tuesday schedule and hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

The position offers $40–$50 per hour, paid via W2, with health insurance reimbursement. The ideal candidate has at least three consecutive years of full-time private-household experience, a polished, discreet approach, and a proven ability to maintain impeccable

Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous daily housekeeping and deep cleaning to white-glove standards.
• Care for fine furnishings, luxury surfaces, delicate materials and textures with proper techniques.
• Manage household laundry, ironing, and garment care with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and common spaces to pristine condition.
• Assist with packing and unpacking luggage for travel, handling belongings with care.
• Maintain household organization, including closets and storage areas.
• Move supplies and boxes between floors as needed.
• Identify and communicate maintenance needs proactively.
• Assist with occasional light cooking or meal preparation as required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three consecutive years of full-time employment with the same private family. This individual must be proactive, discreet, physically capable, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and household presentation.

Main Work Duties:

• Perform meticulous daily housekeeping and deep cleaning throughout the four-level residence, maintaining white-glove standards.
• Care for fine furnishings, delicate surfaces, luxury finishes, and high-end household items using appropriate cleaning techniques.
• Manage household laundry, ironing, and garment care with exceptional attention to detail.
• Maintain beautifully presented bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with packing and unpacking luggage for travel, ensuring clothing and personal belongings are handled with care.
• Maintain household organization, including closets, storage areas, and personal belongings.
• Move household supplies, boxes, and other items between floors as needed.
• Identify and communicate maintenance concerns or household needs proactively.
