Job summary

Trump International Beach Resort seeks a responsive Server to deliver Forbes Five-Star–aligned guest experiences across our dining outlets, pool, beach, and events. You will serve with knowledge of menu items, wines, and cocktails, and input orders via MICROS POS while ensuring flawless presentation and timing.

The role emphasizes warm hospitality, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced luxury resort environment, including cleanup, setups, and continuous guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of prior restaurant, resort, or luxury hotel service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology preferred.
• Food safety certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provides warm, professional, and anticipatory service in accordance with Forbes and resort standards.
• Greets guests, presents menus, and guides selections with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Takes and confirms guest orders accurately using the POS system; coordinates with kitchen and bar.
• Delivers food and beverages promptly with correct presentation and temperature.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of service areas and stations.
• Collaborates with Server Assistant team to ensure smooth pacing and table turnover.
