Summary

The Server provides refined, engaging, and anticipatory service across the resort's dining outlets - including restaurant, pool, beach, and special event areas. This role delivers Forbes Five-Star-aligned guest experiences through expert product knowledge, attentive service, and graceful presentation. The Server ensures every guest interaction reflects the resort's culture of genuine hospitality and professionalism while maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Keeps pool, beach, and outdoor service areas organized, clean, and inviting - including furniture arrangement, table setup, and towel presentation in accordance with resort standards.
• Ensures compliance with towel and equipment inventory procedures; reports shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
• Participates in daily pre-shift briefings and ongoing training sessions to stay current on Forbes expectations, safety, and product updates.
• Adheres to opening, closing, and side work procedures to ensure readiness for service.
• Demonstrates sustainability awareness in daily operations (waste reduction, recycling, energy mindfulness).
• Performs additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Food & Beverage division.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework preferred.
• Minimum one year of prior restaurant, resort, or luxury hotel service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology preferred.
• Food safety certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Physical Demands
