What You’ll Do

• Take guest ordersin the dining room and drive-thru with speed, accuracy, and genuine care.
• PracticeCore 4(eye contact, smile, enthusiastic tone, personal connection) and deliver2nd Mile Service— refreshing drinks, table touch-ins, 2-bite checks, assisting families, clearing trays, and upselling.
• Anticipate guest needsand provide personalized, professional service that feels intentional.
• Communicate clearlywith the Expo and kitchen teams to ensure order accuracy and seamless execution.
• Maintainprofessional appearance, posture, and attentivenessin line with the Chick-fil-A Style Guide.
