Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, friendly, and welcoming customer experience.
• Assist customers with domestic and international shipping, packing, and related services.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and stock merchandise.
• Prepare shipments, weigh/measure packages, and advise on shipping options.
• Support inventory management and store operations as needed.
