Acushnet Company seeks a dynamic Fitting Specialist to join the Titleist fitting team in the Greenville, SC region. You will deliver expert club fitting at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist activations, offering personalized equipment recommendations based on data and golfer goals.

You will coordinate event logistics, build strong relationships with players, and support 125–140 events per season, mostly Tue–Sat, outdoors in diverse weather.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of club fitting experience.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What You Will Be Doing

Titleist is seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly motivated Fitting Specialist to join our elite fitting team, supporting the Greenville, SC territory. In this role, you will deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations, helping golfers find the equipment that maximizes their performance. As a trusted Titleist brand ambassador, you will leverage industry-leading fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations, coordinate event logistics, and build lasting relationships with golfers. This role supports approximately 125-140 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday, and plays a key part in shaping the performance and loyalty of golfers across the region.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of club fitting experience with a passion for golf performance and equipment technology
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong Titleist or golf equipment product knowledge with confident presentation abilities
• Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day
• Comfortable standing and working outdoors for 5-8 hours per day in varying weather conditions
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Required: Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card
