In this role, you will deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations, helping golfers find the equipment that maximizes their performance. As a trusted Titleist brand ambassador, you will leverage industry-leading fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations, coordinate event logistics, and build lasting relationships with golfers. This role supports approximately 125-140 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday, and plays a key part in shaping the performance and loyalty of golfers across the region. **What You Bring*** 2+ years of club fitting experience with a passion for golf performance and equipment technology* Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills* Strong Titleist or golf equipment product knowledge with confident presentation abilities* Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications* Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently* Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day* Comfortable standing and working outdoors for 5-8 hours per day in varying weather conditions* Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience* Required: Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card* \\*\\*\\***Please note:** This is an hourly contract position that will be payrolled through a third-party staffing agency.
