Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Omaha has openings for part-time and full-time roles with daytime hours Mon–Fri and some weekend shifts.
Positions emphasize customer service in a retail setting, including fitting rooms, calls, and general office duties. Responsibilities include assisting customers, answering calls, building product knowledge, preparing schedules, supporting leadership projects, and promoting Scheels Visa Rewards.
A mix of daytime and weekend shifts is required. Pay for this position starts at $15.50/HR. Pay reviews are conducted on an annual basis and are based on work ethic, team work, attitude and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, or general education degree (GED); 1‑3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
