Job summary

Planet Fitness in the United States is seeking a friendly Fitness Trainer to lead group and individual sessions, support members on the club floor, and promote a safe, welcoming gym experience. You will schedule classes, guide members on equipment use, and uphold our Judgement Free Zone.

CPR/AED certification and a nationally recognized training certificate are required or provided by Planet Fitness. As part of the role, you will engage with members, learn quickly through online and hands-on

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/AED certification (Planet Fitness provides training).
• Nationally certified training certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members on entering the club.
• Instruct members on safe equipment use and exercise techniques.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and supportive gym environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
• Assist with class scheduling and member tours as needed.
