Job summary

Flynn Fitness is recruiting for a Fitness Trainer to run the PE@PF program and assist members in achieving fitness goals. You will guide proper equipment use, engage members, and support club operations to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Must have CPR certification and a Nationally Certified Training Certificate, with a passion for fitness and reliable, team‑oriented attitude. Applicants should be prepared to help grow member retention and club revenue.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the PE@PF program with fitness consultations.
• Assist members on the gym floor with proper equipment use and engage them in PE@PF.
• Assist club staff in maintaining cleanliness of the club (bathrooms, circuit room, PF 360, weights).
• Support front desk tasks as needed (check-ins, tours, info calls).
• Maintain participation logs for each class to track program performance.
• Keep certifications current (Personal Training, CPR).
• Inspire and motivate members to achieve their goals and maintain a welcoming environment.
