Job summary

BODY20 Freehold is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive memberships and represent our technology-driven fitness program. You will build relationships with BODY20 members and the local community, delivering best-in-class customer experiences in a fast-paced studio environment.

You will work closely with coaches, meet sales targets, and participate in presale activities and events while maintaining an organized front desk and lobby area.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed all sales KPIs for the fitness studio (membership, retail, workout traffic).
• Follow up with prospective clients and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Adhere to the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
• Collaborate with Coaches to guide members through their first BODY20 workout.
• Handle member concerns professionally to resolve issues.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep lobby and front desk organized and clean.
• Attend and participate in BODY20 training programs.
