Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic individuals to share our story and help new customers get active. You will greet guests with enthusiasm, present the OTF concept, and tour studios while partnering with trainers to guide intros through their first workout.

You will also market memberships, follow up with prospects, participate in events, and help keep studios clean and organized in a collaborative, growth-minded team.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present concepts clearly and engage new customers.
• Willingness to learn about Orangetheory Fitness offerings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
