Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Newtown is seeking a Sales Associate at the front desk who will warmly greet members, answer questions about memberships, classes and pricing, and introduce new guests to the Orangetheory concept.

You will give studio tours, support guests with their first workout alongside coaches, follow up with prospects, and help the studio reach its goals while contributing to a welcoming, energetic community.

Qualifications

• Positive, approachable demeanor and friendly collaboration with members and guests.
• Strong communication and the ability to build relationships.
• Comfortable talking with new people and establishing rapport.
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Availability for some evening and weekend shifts.
• Previous sales or fitness experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, creating a welcoming studio experience.
• Answer questions about Orangetheory, memberships, classes, and pricing.
• Introduce potential members to the Orangetheory concept.
• Give studio tours and help guests feel comfortable before their first workout.
• Work with coaches to support new guests during their first Orangetheory workout.
• Follow up with potential members and help them take the next step.
• Sell memberships and help the studio reach its goals.
• Participate in local marketing and community outreach events.
• Help keep the front desk and studio clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Build relationships with members and become part of the OTF Newtown community.
