Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic individuals to welcome guests, present the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first workout. You’ll work with trainers to help newcomers experience our one-hour heart-rate based workouts and grow membership interest.

Candidates should be passionate, positive, and comfortable talking to anyone. This role offers extensive paid training, competitive pay with commissions, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing fitness

Responsabilidades

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as intros.
• Giving studio tours.
• Working with trainers to guide intros through their first workout.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
