Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Specialist to deliver outstanding hospitality at our Philadelphia studios. You will greet clients, assist with class bookings, manage Fuel Bar orders, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Roles include Front Desk, Fuel Bar, and Facilities support, with emphasis on teamwork and brand ambassador responsibilities. Applicants should be flexible for full-time or part-time schedules, with availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality orientation and alignment with Barry’s mission and values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Full-time availability: min 30 hours/week with mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Part-time availability: min 24 hours/week with shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: welcome clients, manage bookings, assist with inquiries, maintain a clean studio.
• Fuel Bar: fulfill orders, handle pre-orders, assist with product selection, operate POS.
• Facilities: clean equipment, mop, restock, deep cleaning of common areas.
• Customer Service: provide top hospitality, maintain client database, encourage client engagement.
