URBN FP Movement is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Staten Island location at 2655 Richmond Ave, NY 10314. You will support selling, service, and operations to create an inspiring environment grounded in fitness, wellness and happiness.

You will lead a team, drive events and programs, and ensure an omni‑channel experience while partnering with leadership to recruit, onboard, and develop talent. Flexible hours are required to meet store needs and customer demand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to prioritize customer service and styling to drive store metrics.
• Act as manager-on-duty, driving engagement in each zone and fostering a collaborative selling environment.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build bench for the store.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and daily operating standards to ensure effective execution.
• Collaborate with partners to fulfill shipment processing, restocking, and maintaining FP Movement visuals.
