Job summary

Free People is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the FP Movement store in Staten Island, NY at 2655 Richmond Ave. This role supports selling, service and operations to foster an environment rooted in fitness, wellness and happiness.

You will partner with leadership to develop the team, drive brand experiences, and execute events that engage the local customer base while ensuring seamless omni-channel transactions via MPOS, POS, and the FP App.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or fitness community involvement.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support selling, service, and store operations to create an inspiring environment.
• Lead and develop the store team; provide timely coaching and feedback.
• Drive brand experience, events, and omni-channel shopping with MPOS/POS/FP App.
• Collaborate with leadership to recruit, hire, and onboard top talent.
