XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness is seeking a Fitness Services Team Member to greet members, manage accounts, and provide product knowledge across our fitness and club services in Ashburn, VA. You will handle transactions, assist with inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming, clean service desk.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliable computer use, and a friendly, team-oriented approach to delivering exceptional member experiences at our all-in-one facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Ability to stand for at least 4 hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to proficiently use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Greets and admits members and guests onto the fitness floor by scanning their membership cards and responding to messages regarding their membership account.
• Enters sales transactions for members, including program, service, and payments.
• Processes member paperwork, including address changes, and electronic funds transfers.
• Answers club phone to assist with member and guest inquiries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fitness services desk area.

Position Summary

Delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of XCAL products and services. Proactively meets the needs of members and accurately answers questions.
