Job summary

D1 Training in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Fitness Sales Specialist to drive outbound prospecting, set free-trial appointments, and convert leads into members. You’ll be the first contact for aspiring athletes, guiding them to the right training program and tracking progress in the CRM.

The role emphasizes high-energy outreach, fast response times, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to help the team grow a nationwide fitness brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, membership sales, or similar).
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Organized and disciplined with lead management.
• High energy, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Customer service experience (fitness industry a plus, not required).

Responsibilities
