D1 Training is a results-driven fitness facility focused on helping athletes of all ages achieve their goals. We are hiring a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist to drive trial bookings, set appointments, and convert leads into committed members.

As the first point of contact, you will manage outbound outreach, respond to inquiries quickly, and guide prospects through the sales process to join our programs. Join a fast-paced team focused on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• :1+ year of sales experience in inside or membership sales.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Organized and disciplined with lead management.
• Customer service experience a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leads.
• Set appointments for free trials, consultations, and workouts.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and speed matters.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership.
• Recommend the right training program based on individual goals.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM.

Position Overview

This is not a “stand behind the desk and wait” role.

We’re looking for a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist who thrives on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, responsible for driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program.
