Job summary

D1 Training Buffalo is seeking a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist to drive appointment setting and convert leads into committed members. You’ll be the first contact for prospective athletes, steering them toward the right training program and trial bookings.

This role emphasizes outbound outreach, rapid follow-up, and hitting sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented team. Training and development are provided as part of a rapidly expanding fitness brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, membership sales, or similar).
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills on the phone.
• Organized and disciplined with lead management.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leads.
• Set appointments for free trials, consultations, and workouts.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (speed matters).
• Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership.
• Recommend the right training program based on individual goals.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Position Overview

This is not a stand behind the desk and wait role. We’re looking for a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist who thrives on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, responsible for driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program.
