Modern luxury Pilates Studio in Marina Del Rey seeks a talented Sales Expert / Sales Manager to join our team.

Duties:
- Conduct sales presentations to potential members, promoting the benefits of membership
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize and follow up on leads
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of technology sales to communicate the features and benefits of membership effectively
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and promotions for potential members
- Maintain stock levels of membership materials and collateral
- Process membership transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all membership materials are readily available
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in fitness sales or retail environment, is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math calculations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Familiarity with technology products and services is preferred
