Orangetheory Fitness in Utah is seeking a Sales Associate who will be one of the first faces our members meet, driving membership sales and delivering exceptional experiences. You’ll manage leads, follow up via calls, texts, and emails, and help guests find the best membership for their goals while promoting a welcoming studio culture.

Ideal candidates are sales-driven, outgoing, customer-service oriented, and flexible to work weekends.

Aufgaben

• Drive Membership Sales: Present membership options, communicate the value of Orangetheory, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Manage Leads and Follow-Up: Connect with prospective members through calls, texts, emails, and other outreach to book introductory classes.
• Convert Guests into Members: Understand individual fitness goals and help guests find the membership that best fits their needs.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Build Community Relationships: Participate in local outreach, referral initiatives, promotions, and studio events.
• Support Member Retention: Develop meaningful relationships with current members and contribute to a welcoming studio environment.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and studio performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Support Studio Operations: Assist with front-desk responsibilities and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
