Orangetheory Fitness in Utah is seeking a Sales Associate who will be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering an exceptional experience from the initial interaction. You will nurture relationships, share the Orangetheory story, and guide potential members toward the right fitness options.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, goal-driven individuals who love connecting with people, enjoy sales, and are motivated by results.

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Membership Sales: Present membership options, communicate value, overcome objections, and ask for the sale.
• Manage Leads and Follow-Up: Connect with prospective members via calls, texts, emails to book intro classes.
• Convert Guests into Members: Understand fitness goals and help guests find the best membership fit.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Welcome members with enthusiasm, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Build Community Relationships: Participate in local outreach, promotions, and studio events.
• Support Member Retention: Develop relationships and contribute to a welcoming environment.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and studio targets while maintaining great service.
• Support Studio Operations: Assist front desk and keep a clean, welcoming space.
