Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Sales Associate to be one of the first faces our members meet, creating an exceptional experience from the initial interaction. You will build meaningful relationships, share the Orangetheory story, and help guests start their journey toward becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves.

Responsibilities include driving membership sales, managing leads, converting guests into members, and contributing to a welcoming studio environment.

• Interest in sales, relationship-building, and achieving performance goals
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Dependability, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Sales: Present membership options, communicate the value of Orangetheory, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Manage Leads and Follow-Up: Connect with prospective members through calls, texts, emails, and other outreach to book introductory classes.
• Convert Guests into Members: Understand individual fitness goals and help guests find the membership that best fits their needs.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Build Community Relationships: Participate in local outreach, referral initiatives, promotions, and studio events.
• Support Member Retention: Develop meaningful relationships with current members and contribute to a welcoming studio environment.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and studio performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Support Studio Operations: Assist with front-desk responsibilities and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
