Responsibilities

1. Greeting members and visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge.
2. Introducing the Orangetheory Fitness concept to potential clients.
3. Managing front desk activities, including answering phones and member interactions.
4. Conducting studio tours and guiding new members through their first workout.
5. Selling memberships and following up with prospects.
6. Addressing member concerns professionally.
7. Participating in marketing and outreach events.
8. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio.
9. Performing other duties as assigned.
