Position Responsibilities:

1. Greeting everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm and knowledge.
2. Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested clients, known as "intros".
3. Managing front desk tasks including answering phones and engaging with members.
4. Providing studio tours.
5. Collaborating with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout.
6. Selling memberships to support studio growth.
7. Following up with prospective clients.
8. Handling member concerns professionally to ensure resolution.
9. Participating in marketing and outreach events.
10. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio.
11. Performing other duties as assigned.
