Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals
• Managing front desk tasks, including answering calls and assisting members
• Providing studio tours
• Collaborating with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout
• Selling memberships to support studio growth
• Following up with prospective clients
• Addressing members' concerns professionally with the aim of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Performing additional duties as assigned
