Your goal is to increase membership through member referrals, lead follow-up, cold calls, and walk-in visits. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gym.
• Answer phone calls and assist members.
• Communicate with leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Provide an excellent onboarding experience.
