Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a Fitness & Administrative Coordinator to keep instructor training, certification, and education programs running smoothly across our studio network. You’ll connect schedules, maintain records, and support digital learning platforms to ensure instructors and studios have what they need to succeed.

You’ll be organized, proactive, and tech-savvy, with a passion for fitness and wellness, helping build scalable processes and reliable operations across a growing franchise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business coordination, operations support, or administrative project management.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems or instructor-facing digital platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructor training schedules, certification evaluations, and continuing education across the BODYBAR studio network.
• Maintain training calendars, event materials, and communications so instructors and studios know what to expect.
• Connect studio owners, Fitness Managers, instructors, Master Trainers, and Evaluators to keep programs moving smoothly.
• Partner with the Manager of Fitness Training to support education initiatives and new fitness programming.
• Administer BODYBAR’s LMS and Instruct app, including course setup, enrollment, accounts, and permissions.
• Turn platform data into clear reports on course usage, completion, and certification progress.
• Support new Evaluator onboarding through scheduling, system access, and orientation logistics.
• Identify capacity gaps and flag issues to leadership; assist with invoice reconciliation.
