Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a leader to oversee the Personal Training department at a designated location in Omaha, NE. You will recruit, hire, schedule and train personal trainers, while driving profitability and member satisfaction through active follow-up with new members and achievement of department goals.

The role emphasizes staff development, flexible management of schedules, and regular reporting to the District Fitness Manager to ensure club success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a national recognized personal training certification and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department for a designated Genesis location.
• Recruit, hire, schedule and train new personal trainers.
• Ensure profitability of the personal training program by overseeing and following up with all new members and department goals.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and club requirements in collaboration with the Club Manager.
• Complete profitability/goal reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
