StretchLab Shelton is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to welcome prospective members and drive memberships at our Shelton, CT studio. You’ll handle consultations, studio tours, and introductory sessions, turning leads into lasting memberships with consultative selling.

• Experience in membership or retail sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Introduce prospective clients to StretchLab through consultations, studio tours, and introductory stretch sessions
• Build relationships that convert leads into long-term memberships
• Meet and exceed membership sales goals through consultative selling
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Manage front desk operations, scheduling, client check-ins, and administrative tasks
• Support local marketing campaigns, networking events, and community partnerships
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first visit through membership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
