Orangetheory Fitness is hiring a Sales Associate to drive membership sales and build lasting relationships with members and guests. You’ll manage leads, book introductory classes, and guide individuals to the best membership options that fit their goals.

The role emphasizes energetic outreach, strong communication, and a passion for helping others, with a focus on delivering an exceptional studio experience and contributing to team targets.

Qualificações

• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Outgoing personality and confident in conversations.
• Interest in sales, relationship-building, and performance goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification within 30 days and weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Membership Sales: Present membership options, communicate value, overcome objections, and ask for the sale.
• Manage Leads and Follow-Up: Contact prospective members via calls, texts, emails to book introductory classes.
• Convert Guests into Members: Understand fitness goals and match memberships.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and hospitality.
• Build Community Relationships: Engage in local outreach, promotions, studio events.
• Support Member Retention: Build relationships with current members and foster a welcoming studio.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and studio targets while delivering great service.
• Support Studio Operations: Assist with front-desk duties and keep a clean, organized environment.
