Gold's Gym of the Carolinas and Florida seeks a Fitness Sales Manager to lead a team of elite personal trainers, drive the training department's growth, and uphold the Gold's Gym standard of excellence. The role emphasizes accountability, coaching, and measurable results in sales, staff development, and member satisfaction.

You'll recruit, onboard, and develop top trainers, manage schedules and operations, and maintain a strong on-floor presence to engage members daily.

Requirements

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, NPTI, etc.) preferred
• CPR/AED Certification (current)
• Minimum 2 years of personal training experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in fitness or sales
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong understanding of fitness programming, member engagement, and business operations
• Professional appearance, leadership presence, and effective communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate exercises and be physically active on the gym floor
