Gold's Gym Of The Carolinas is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to lead a team of elite personal trainers, drive the growth of the training department, and uphold the Gold's Gym standard of excellence.

You will coach on the gym floor, develop top-performing trainers, and build a thriving fitness business—leading with accountability and measurable results across our locations.

Qualifikationen

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification preferred.
• CPR/AED Certification current required.
• Minimum 2 years of personal training experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in fitness or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of fitness programming and member engagement.
• Professional appearance and leadership presence.

• Drive all aspects of personal training sales, revenue, and member conversion.
• Conduct fitness assessments and onboarding sessions.

Requirements

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, NPTI, etc.) preferred
• CPR/AED Certification (current)
• Minimum 2 years of personal training experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in fitness or sales
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong understanding of fitness programming, member engagement, and business operations
• Professional appearance, leadership presence, and effective communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate exercises and be physically active on the gym floor
