Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience in the fitness or customer service industry.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about fitness and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the onboarding program for Fitness leadership development.
• Gain experience in gym operations including scheduling and equipment maintenance.
• Support sales initiatives and membership sales.
