You will work closely with the membership and personal training teams to provide exceptional service and foster member relationships. Ideal candidates should possess interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness, and a proven track record in sales.

This role requires availability for nights and weekends, and knowledge of health regulations. The position offers competitive pay in the range of $19.90—$21.90 along with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily targets are met, particularly during weekends.
• Drive sales by promoting personal training packages.
• Achieve sales targets for personal training services.
• Collaborate with membership sales team for onboarding.
• Conduct personalized welcome workouts for new members.
• Guide new members through their initial club experience.
• Facilitate professional development for personal trainers.
• Communicate goals and expectations to staff.
• Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
