BODYROK seeks enthusiastic fitness instructors in Las Vegas to deliver 45‑minute high-intensity, low-impact Hybrid Pilates sessions on custom reformers. Instructors motivate groups, cue movements, and maintain energy with mic’d-up music in modern studios.

Position offers flexible schedules, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement, with additional mentorship and wellness resources provided by a rapidly growing brand.

Compensation

• $25 to $60 per session based on class size—more clients = more earnings!
• Competitive class pay with bonuses based upon performance

Requirements

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music!
• Excellent ability to multitask
• Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand
• Enouraged but not required 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Dance, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness
• Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, good display of leadership and public speaking skills
• Great cueing, ability to communicate
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
