Job summary

BODYROK Las Vegas is hiring fitness instructors to lead 45-minute Hybrid Pilates sessions on reformers. You’ll energize clients with mic’d-up workouts, music, and high vibes in a sleek studio setting.

Expect class pay per session and opportunity for bonuses and growth as the brand expands in Nevada. We offer flexible scheduling, mentorship, and a clear path to Lead Instructor with a pay bump, plus perks like staff events and wellness resources.

Qualifications

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music.
• Excellent ability to multitask.
• Capable and interested in learning with our expanding brand.
• 1 year of experience in Pilates, Dance, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT or Group Fitness preferred.
• Ability to motivate and challenge group classes; strong leadership and public speaking skills.

Compensation

• $25 to $60 per session based on class size—more clients = more earnings!
• Competitive class pay with bonuses based upon performance

Requirements

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music!
• Excellent ability to multitask
• Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand
• Enouraged but not required 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Dance, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness
• Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, good display of leadership and public speaking skills
• Great cueing, ability to communicate
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
