Job summary

BODYROK in East Brunswick is seeking fitness enthusiasts to join our team as instructors for high-energy, 45-minute sessions. You’ll lead group classes with clear cues, motivate participants, and contribute to a dynamic studio environment.

We offer mentorship, ongoing development, flexible schedules, and a clear path to advancement with pay bumps as you grow with our brand. Join us to help clients achieve results and feel empowered.

Qualifications

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music.
• Excellent ability to multitask.
• Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand.
• Minimum but not required 1-year experience in at least one: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
• Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, good display of leadership and public speaking skills.
• Great cueing, ability to communicate.
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.

Compensation

• $25 to $55 per session based on class size-more clients = more earnings!
• Competitive class pay with bonuses based upon performance.
