BODYROK offers high-intensity, low-impact workouts delivered in 45-minute sessions across fast-paced studios. We seek fitness enthusiasts who are organized, service-oriented, and able to engage clients with energy and enthusiasm.

Trainers will be mic’d up with music and high vibes, focusing on safe technique and scalable intensity. Join our growing brand to develop leadership, mentoring, and performance growth.

Qualifications

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music.
• Excellent ability to multitask.
• Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand.
• 1-year experience in Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness (required).
• Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, leadership and public speaking skills.
• Great cueing, ability to communicate.
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.

Compensation

• $25 to $55 per session based on class size-more clients = more earnings!
• Competitive class pay with bonuses based upon performance.

Requirements
