Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Newtown is hiring a Sales Associate / Front Desk to welcome members and guests, answer questions about memberships and pricing, and introduce potential members to the Orangetheory concept.

You will tour the studio, collaborate with coaches, and help guests feel comfortable before their first workout while contributing to the studio’s growth and community presence.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships.
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Previous sales or fitness experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, creating a welcoming studio experience.
• Answer questions about memberships, classes, pricing.
• Introduce potential members to Orangetheory.
• Give studio tours and help guests feel comfortable before workouts.
• Sell memberships and support studio goals.
• Participate in local marketing and outreach.
• Keep front desk and studio clean and welcoming.
• Build relationships with members and integrate into the OTF Newtown community.
