Job summary

Houston Country Club in Houston, TX seeks a friendly fitness center attendant to open and close the center daily, greet members, and describe programs and packages. You will manage bookings with the Jonas POS system and help keep the facility clean, safe, and well‑organized.

• Open and close the fitness center each day as required
• Book, change and cancel appointments using our Point of Sale (JONAS) system
• Greet everyone who enters and leaves fitness center facilities
• Provide detailed descriptions of professional services, treatments, packages, facility features and hours of operation, ongoing programming, promotions and other fitness related items
• Handle member and guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by Members and guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well‑organized work area
