Job summary

Boar's Head Resort's fitness center staff member will clean equipment daily and ensure towels, water, and supplies are stocked for members/guests. The role also involves light clerical tasks and assisting guests to maintain a welcoming environment.

The position includes data entry, photocopying, answering calls, posting flyers, and reporting maintenance issues to the Fitness Director. Teamwork and reliability are essential to supporting resort operations.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Ability to perform basic data entry and clerical tasks.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean the exercise equipment daily with deep cleaning performed on weekends.
• Stock towels, water, equipment wipes and cups; keep the equipment room organized.
• Greet and assist all members/guests while providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with sign-up sheets, headphone use, towels and water distribution.
• Perform tasks such as data entry, photocopying, phone calls to members, generating and posting flyers.
• Report maintenance requests to Fitness Director and problems with building, temperature, electricity, and fitness equipment.
• Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned.
