Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking a Fitness Director for our rapidly growing network of 24/7 clubs across the United States. The role focuses on leading club operations, driving member engagement, and developing staff with ongoing training and development opportunities.

You will work with industry experts to implement scheduling preferences, promote memberships, and support a profitable, affordable fitness experience for members while advancing the franchise brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience.
• Nationally accredited certification (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.).
• Outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with different personalities.
• On-the-job training provided; related degrees are encouraged.
