Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking a Fitness Director to lead our new and existing clubs. You will guide staff, drive member engagement, and uphold exceptional service across locations.

The role requires a nationally accredited certification and at least one year of management experience; on-the-job training is provided. Strong communication and the ability to engage with diverse personalities are essential.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited certification (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.).
• Minimum of one year of management experience.
• Outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people.
• Experience and/or related degrees encouraged; on-the-job training provided.
