Workout Anytime is hiring a Fitness Consultant to join a fast-growing fitness franchise. You will greet members, promote the brand, and help grow memberships, with on-board training and scheduling flexibility.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and participation in marketing events, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Positive, personable, outgoing, and courteous personality.
• Experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry, or sales.
• Previous gym experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment alongside peers.

Responsibilities

• Becoming a great promoter of Workout Anytime, our brand, our clubs, and our services.
• Greeting and checking in with all members, making them feel welcome and essential.
• Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
• Selling and setting up new memberships and gaining referrals from existing members.
• Assisting with the club's daily cleaning and other tasks as assigned by management.
• Participating in or managing various marketing events.
• Following up on your portioned incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.
